Important Pet Guidelines
To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all guests (including the furry ones), please read and respect our pet-related booking conditions.
- A non-refundable $40 pet fee per dog is applied at the time of booking.
- Unless clearly stated otherwise, pets must remain outdoors at all times.
- Only properties advertised as pet-friendly allow pets on-site. This includes visiting pets—no exceptions. If pets are found at non-pet properties, you will be asked to vacate.
- Guests are responsible for removing fleas, faeces, and pet waste before checkout. Additional cleaning fees will apply if this is not done.
- Pets must not disturb neighbours. Repeated noise or nuisance may result in early termination of your stay.
- No pets on furniture—please bring your own bedding or use designated pet-friendly spaces.
- Any damage caused by pets will result in repair or cleaning fees.
