Our holiday rentals are managed from our office at 71 Welsby Parade in a prominent location on the Bongaree waterfront with views over the alluring Pumicestone Passage.
Holiday Property Management is very important to us and our expectations are very high when it comes to ensuring your property stays clean and maintained. A cleaner will be allocated to your property and they are provided with a full report on how the property should be presented along with inventory photos to check on any items missing or damaged in between guests.
We also do regular inspections and as much as possible we screen prospective holiday makers and make sure they are aware of Body Corporate rules in unit complexes.
We contact you with regard to any maintenance needs that may arise and can arrange for payment of accounts as per our agreement with you.
Our Holiday Accommodation Guides are displayed at Bribie Island Bowls Club, Bribie Island Information Centre and other local outlets.
Rental rates are discussed at the time of listing the property for holiday rent and are reviewed annually. We are also able to promote the property through our social media where we can ensure our potential guests are aware of any specials or promotions to help them choose the best property at the best price.
