    Chris has been with First National Bribie Island for over eighteen years in both our permanent rentals department and for the last ten years in holiday rentals.

    As well as handling bookings, Chris is the office I.T. expert and also processes creditor payments and is therefore the main accounts contact for any owner queries.

    With her continuity of employment, her all round knowledge of the industry, properties, owners and guests is outstanding and there is not a problem that could arise that she would not be able to handle.

    I started my career in 1977, entering the Electronic Industry and this lead me to a wide scope of Positions with Electronic manufacturers, Service Companies and Retailers. During this period, it gave me the opportunity to develop a wealth of skills and strengths. My expertise lies in customer relations, sales and service dealing’s at all levels. I am a self-starter and I lead by example. I have worked to KPI’s and have gained the respect of those whom I have worked for often exceeding and gaining praise and rewards for my work ethic.

    I have exemplary people skills and am quick to resolve issues to resolve any underlying problem that might arise.

    Building strong relationships is important to me which has provided access to key decision makers that have resulted in the continuity of a loyal customer base which continues to secure repeat business.

    My willingness to go that extra mile for my clients, both guests and investors, is my priority. As the maintenance supervisor, along with managing our cleaning contractors, in the holiday rentals department – I am focused on maintaining our property portfolio with as little disturbance to our Guests. This maximizses their enjoyment in our properties, while ensuring our owners investments are kept to a high standard and efficient running order to optimize satisfaction and return business. I listen to the needs of guest booking inquiries and always ensure I offer them something that meets their holiday needs

    Kimberley has recently relocated to the area from regional Queensland with her husband and 3 daughters.

    After 2.5 years managing a caravan park and 6 months as a leasing officer for permanent rentals Kimberley brings a lot of experience to her role in holiday rentals.

    Being new to the area Kimberley is enjoying getting to know the holiday rental properties we have available and making her way around Bribie Island and getting to know the area.

    She believes that excellent customer service is the most important part of her role and is looking forward to helping guests and owners enjoy their experience with our agency.
