With soaring ceilings to the second level, the open plan kitchen/dining/lounge is an inviting and relaxing space. There is a wide selection of books, magazines and board games to enjoy on lazy afternoons or rainy days.

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing leisurely meals. The renovated downstairs bathroom offers an over-sized bathtub and walk-in shower.

Upstairs you'll find the perfect retreat with two bedrooms and a further lounge or sleepout, as well as a second renovated bathroom with walk-in shower.

Outside, enjoy the coastal breezes and local birdlife in the magnificent poinciana tree from the undercover lounges or dining area with BBQ. Enjoy the sprawling lawn and an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Booking Terms

  • A Refundable Security Deposit of $250.00 is payable upon check in and collection of keys.
  • Please Note: We do not offer 'serviced' accommodation. You will be provided some start up items such as bath soaps, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, laundry tablets and toilet but they will not be replenished during your stay.
  • You are required to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition or additional charges will apply.
  • If you require an after-hours check in you will need to arrange this during business hours. Any after-hours call outs will incur a $100.00 fee.
  • First National Real Estate Bribie Island is closed on the following public holidays and therefore no incoming or outgoing bookings or transactions can be made on these days: Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Anzac Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day.
  • As also stated in our terms and conditions, all bookings for December - January holiday period must be paid in full by 1st November each year.
  • All bookings are subject to First National Real Estate Bribie Island's Terms and Conditions. Prices are subject to change without notice.
