Stroll along the white sandy beaches with your dog or leave them in the fully fenced yard and walk directly along the beach to Woorim's town centre where you can enjoy specialty shops, quirky cafes, takeaways, wholesome meals and excellent entertainment. If you prefer to cook at home you will have everything you need including a BBQ to cook up a storm.

Grab the kids an ice cream and take a dip in Bribie Island's patrolled beach just a short walk from your doorstep.

If golf is your pleasure bring your clubs along and take a stroll to the golf course or enjoy a meal at the Bribie Island Golf Club. Or even take a drive to the Pacific Harbour Golf Club just a 15 minute drive to check out the other fantastic course on the Island.

You will love the bike paths, parks, walking tracks and waterfront spaces to watch the dolphins and dugongs but also enjoy a visit to the local shopping centre or cinema to fill in your days.

Booking Terms

  • A Refundable Security Deposit of $200.00 is payable upon check in and collection of keys.
  • Please Note: We do not offer 'serviced' accommodation. You will be provided some start up items such as a roll of toilet paper and some cleaning supplies but they will not be replenished during your stay.
  • You are required to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition or additional charges will apply.
  • An additional non-refundable $48.00 pet fee applies - under 'extras' for online bookings. Dogs only, one maximum. All evidence must be removed prior to vacating or additional charges will apply.
  • Note our office hours are Monday to Saturday 8.30am to 5.00pm and Sunday 9.00am to 4.00pm. If you require an after-hours check in you will need to arrange this during business hours. Any after-hours call outs will incur a $100.00 fee.
  • First National Real Estate Bribie Island is closed on the following public holidays and therefore no incoming or outgoing bookings or transactions can be made on these days: Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Anzac Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day
  • As also stated in our terms and conditions, all bookings for December - January holiday period must be paid in full by 1st November each year.
