As you head down the canal from the open waters of the Pumicestone Passage direct to your pontoon, you can store a boat up to 4.5m on the floating pontoon and rinse off with the fresh water taps provided. The rest of the pontoon is also available for larger boats and rod holders for fishing at your back door. You will love the filleting station right at your fingertips to prepare for dinner that night.

Booking Terms
- A Refundable Security Deposit of $750.00 is payable upon check in and collection of keys.
- Please Note: We do not offer 'serviced' accommodation. You will be provided some start up items such as a roll of toilet paper and some cleaning supplies but they will not be replenished during your stay.
- You are required to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition or additional charges will apply.
- An additional non-refundable $48.00 pet fee applies - under 'extras' for online bookings. Dogs only, one maximum. All evidence must be removed prior to vacating or additional charges will apply.
- If you require an after-hours check in you will need to arrange this during business hours. Any after-hours call outs will incur a $100.00 fee.
- First National Real Estate Bribie Island is closed on the following public holidays and therefore no incoming or outgoing bookings or transactions can be made on these days: Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Anzac Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day.
- As also stated in our terms and conditions, all bookings for December - January holiday period must be paid in full by 1st November each year.
- All bookings are subject to First National Real Estate Bribie Island's Terms and Conditions. Prices are subject to change without notice.
